All you need to bring is yourself! We will provide you with your Starter Kit, which is the clothing to be worn during your sessions.
EMS training is a low-impact training method, which is done barefoot or in your socks, so sports shoes aren't necessary.
Water is provided at the studio, but make sure to hydrate and have a bite around 2 hours before your workout! This will directly effect your mental and physical performance, giving you the energy you need for your training session.
Our team of Licensed EMS Personal Trainers bring over 10 years of experience in the EMS fitness industry.
On arrival, we will have a quick chat about your health and fitness goals, give you a short introduction about EMS training and discuss the results you can expect to see and feel from your new fitness venture.
Your workout will be done wearing our top-of-the-line EMS training suit, which consists of a light-weight vest and straps.
On the inside of the suit there are electrodes. This is how the signals are sent to the muscles from our EMS device.
Our sizes range from XS to XXXL, making EMS training an approachable workout for people of all ages, sizes and physical levels.
No previous fitness experience is required.
Your EMS trainer will set personalized intensity levels to each muscle group, using our advanced Electro Muscle Stimulation device.
You will feel a light, tingling sensation throughout the body until reaching the appropriate training level. This process is not painful in any way! The intensity is set to a place you are comfortable with.
You will experience 85 muscle contractions per second on your entire body, activating over 90% of all muscles fibers at the same time.
Your EMS session is just 20 minutes. In this time, you will achieve a full body workout. We will guide you through some basic body-weight movements that will work every muscle group.
Each session is customized to your body and fitness goals. Any injuries or movement restrictions can be worked around. The workout maybe short but is extremely effective!

The truth is our bodies actually make the progress during rest and recovery time. After your workout, your body is recovering and requires nutrients to maximize the benefits of EMS training.
If muscle soreness kicks in, stretch it out, take a hot shower, drink a tonne of water and eat nutrient-rich foods. This helps the muscles relax and repair.
Providing the body with enough rest is key. This way we will come back stronger and fully recovered in time for the next session!
